A fisherman from DR Congo preparing his net on the shore of Lake Kivi in Idjiwi, a territory located between Bukavu and Goma (Eastern DR Congo). Idjiwi is the second largest island in Africa after Madagascar. Its 300,000 inhabitants live mainly from agriculture, fishing and livestock.

Un pecheur de la RD Congo préparant son filet au bord du lac Kivi a Idjiwi, un territoire situé entre Bukavu et Goma (Est de la RD Congo. Idjiwi est la deuxième plus grande ile en Afrique apres Madagascar. Ses 300 000 habitants vivent principalement de l’agriculture, de la pêche et de l’élevage.
